In cases of double payments (e.g., accidental duplicate payment), the tenant should contact the landlord or property management. Refunds may be issued by the FASTag Payment system. For failed payments, refunds may be issued by the platform.

Platform-Specific Refund Policies: If using a third-party payment platform, each platform has its own refund policies and processing times. Refunds may take a few business days, depending on the payment method (credit cards may take longer than bank transfers).

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval. To request a refund, customers must submit a written request via email to info@bunnyliverecharge.com. All requests are subject to review and approval by BunnyRecharge India Private Limited.
